Found on my own property at the time in upstate New York about 20 years ago. Just the center rosette piece. At first, I couldn't make out the 'y' and thought it was advertising Boyd's Batter....maybe some kind of pancake mix. 
Anyhow, it goes to show that quacks would try to sell anything to make money. Definitely an interesting find, though, and especially on my own property.
