✅ SOLVED Brass/Copper Pipe

I found this in a farm field. It's probably something mundane but I thought it was interesting enough to at least attempt to find out what it is. It's brass/copper, about 3" long, hollow, flared at one end. It has two "tabs" with holes through them. No markings except for the ring around the flared end. Thanks for looking.

I do believe it's a ram rod pipe, possibly off a Brown Bess musket.
