Brass Martingale, Union Buttons, and other goodies!

I live in an area where the Union Army wintered in 1862 in the Northern Virginia area.

I went over to the neighbor's house again and hunted a small section of his backyard. In the past, I have found Union 3 ringer bullets, sword hangers, and a nice Union breastplate.

In the past couple days, I have pulled some nice relics including 2 flat buttons, an Eagle button as well as a nice New York coat button out of the ground.

Today I was lucky again and pulled a nice Eagle "I" and a nice Martingale Heart plate out of the ground. I only hunted an hour and a half and I dont want to hunt it out too fast.

Thanks for looking!

With that hefty of an attachment, I am pretty sure that is neither a martingale or a rosette, but I have been known to be wrong on more ocassions than not.
