Been baking bread recently. Found a tip where if you boil two cups of water and pour it into an empty bread pan on the bottom rack of your oven, then put the loaf in the middle rack above to bake, you will get a nice crusty top. You put the empty pan in when you turn on the oven, so it's hot when you pour in the water.
