hi all went out for an hour earlier to a newish field not expecting much , havent been out too much in the boiling weather, bit cooler now tho , quiet field few bits of junk iron couple bits of horse shoes a nice buckle and a bronze screwcap off something was getting warm fighting off the horse flies thought thatll do shame no coins but hour or two out then had a signal about 50 m from the gate and out popped this date 1817 George 111
