October has been a rough month for hunting for me that's for sure. I've been exploring miles of woods, with little success...it's usually an all or nothing kind of operation!

But everyone once in awhile, it's nice to take a break from the hard hunts and go putz around the city park ;D

FINALLY, managed to turn a silver...just '47 Rosy...but plenty to refresh my spirits to head back out the woods!

Hey, I got a video on it too!

This one IDed just like a copper penny, about 4 inches deep and near a couple of other junk things...on my machine silver dimes normally hit a little higher, but under the right conditions like this, they ID lower...so I always dig the copper IDs. every once in awhile get lucky.

So don't give up hope on chasing wheaties!

Nice silver Rosie! Still waiting to get mine.

Great shape! Congrats! :icon_thumright:
