Personally, I'm thinking plating/gas bubbles but figured I'd check with you folks before I toss it back, just for funs.
I just can't recall seeing bubbles like this on a post-2000 cent.. and now I've got six of them out of the same box.

There is also a printing error. Do you see the upper arm of the E and T in LIBERTY are either missing or light?

I do indeed, but had figured it wasn't significant enough to be worth any premium. Probably just a tiny bit of grease?
