I was able to get out for a 3 1/2 hour afternoon hunt and it was warm. Temp reached 91 degrees on the way home in the truck. I found 2 50's wheat pennies, a pile of clad, a whatsit, and a bucket list coin, 1902 o Barber half dollar. I kept getting a signal that ran from the low 80's to the high 80's at 8 inches deep with the AT Pro. I have been finding some older coins at this location at more than 6 inches deep, so I went for it. This is the first one I have ever found in 40 plus years of detecting. To say I was surprised and happy would be an understatement. I put on pics of before and after cleaning with the aluminum foil, baking soda, and boiling water method. It turned out pretty decent, but the Arizona ground is really hard on silvers. Thanks for looking and happy hunting.
