Buckle Frame Fragment?

Hey I found this at a very productive site that has produced things such as a Cobb, a reale, large cents (none of the previous have been found by me) Buttons, spoon parts, other various relics Basically there is a range of finds from mid 1600's to mid 1900's. Any help would be great.

Thanks! I had a sneaking suspicion, but i was told otherwise. it was the holes that threw them (my detecting cousins) off.

It is a Old 1!!!! 1760s ---- Would have been great to find it all in 1 piece. Lets ya know you are at the right spot :thumbsup:

1760s is a kinda mid-date, so could be slightly later or earlier. :icon_thumright:

Heres a good site, I have books with similar buckles in, there is no question that its 18th Century.
