I found this buckle, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how old it is or anything about what it might have been used for. Buckle experts are certainly welcomed!

I found some on Etsy that looked just like this one. the center post shape looks similar. But I guess I may never know what it went to or how old. Just so commonly used.
