UPDATE: The owner ended up just having graduated this year from the US Military Academy - West Point. Mr. Officer received a Facebook Message from me last night. Just waiting to hear back from him. Sure am glad he inscribed his name in the ring. Made it much easier than trying to track down which "Brett" (if multiples) from 2009 it was!

Hopefully, I can get this back to his family locally, rather than have to ship it to him, as I'm chincy that way. LOL I'm happy to ship, though, as he's active Duty Military. Those folks deserve our support.
