Still can't believe I found a Civil War bullet in a local park. The park in located in Danville, Va two blocks from the last capital of the Confederacy. I guess it's no surprise that they likely camped all over the town to protect the capital. I know very little about these bullets, so any help with the ID would be great. Found the IHs in the same part of the park as the bullet along with a pile of clad. The badge was in a different part about three inches down next to an old tree. Does anyone know what the symbol is on the badge?? Thanks in advance for the help and HH.

Mike
