Unfortunately, your three fired bullets have so much impact damage that giving you an absolutely 100%-definite ID is very difficult without me examining them in real-life. Because one of them isn't smashed entirely out-of-round, I suggest you use digital calipers to determine its body diameter. Lacking that precise measurement, and comparing it with the quarter for size, your bullets appear to be US .45/70 "Government" rifle bullets, from the Indian Wars era. Some were still in use during the Spanish-American War (1898).
