Well that's not all but the majority of the today's finds. I made it out for a few hours to the spot where I dug the 12lb shot last week. This place is loaded with trash but the bullets are still stuck in there. I dug a couple of the big .69 federal rounds. The all look like maybe the have been flattened on purpose maybe checker pieces. I did manage what I think is part of a fuse maybe? Maybe someone can help a id. The other cool item is the brass weight. on the little top it says "2 1/4 oz AVD". Oh all the spoons are silver plated. 2 of them say International silver and the nicer of the three says Richmond Hotels Inc. I guess no matter the time in history people stole stuff from hotels.

Thanks for looking

Looks like you had a fun day! Nice finds.

Nice group of finds!

Nice batch of saves! I wonder if that disc could be the dial plate off of a powder flask..or maybe it is too big for that?

Great Finds! You did, indeed, find a fuse. It's a Bormann Time fuse used mostly on the 6 and 12 pound Bormann cannon balls. HH!
