Bullets/Button

No idea, button is heavy about 2-3mm thick. Bullets have rings with no hatch marks in between, I don't have calipers. Thanks any guess helps.

Not sure about the bullets but you "button" appears to actually be a lead hem weight. Ladies would sew these into the bottoms of their dress so the wind wouldn't blow them up. Or they were used to weight the bottoms of curtains down as well.
