Always assumed these were bullets...are they? How old?

I would put a guess on age that they are from the late 1800s It takes over 100 years of being in the ground to get that white patina on lead (at least around my area)

In my soil a lead ball I shot myself turns fully white patina in less than 15 years (that's how long I've lived here). I dig them occasionally and re-cast them for my muzzleloaders.
