Does anyone have anymore info on this legend? We have some family land that people have asked to metal detect and treasure hunt on looking for this treasure.

I would like some more info too. Ive heard of it before, but never anything with a more definite area to search. I live along the river a bit closer to the Wake/ Johnston Co area but would love to go looking for this.
