i just found a buried treasure ebook on project gutenburg. it looks real interesting. my wife is talking about carrying her old jewelry to a party like the old tupperware parties, but they buy gold and silver. do you think these are giving fair prices? i havent found out the details yet but wondered if yall had experience with these.

I would highly doubt you will get a good deal. Like anything, it exists mainly for profit. Otherwise, they would go back to being regular tupperware parties

There are some very good online refineries paying 90-95% of spot value, they can do this because of the huge volumes they deal in, which other dealers & buyers simply can't match because they need to turn a much higher of profit on much smaller quantities. I use Midwest refineries out of Michigan (easy to find them online) and they have always provided quick turnaround and top prices. Follow Diggin's link and you'll discover a few other quality online refineries.
