On Nov, 25 I went out digging with a buddy. First he took me to his local park and found some clad coins, then to a river bank where I found some fishing weights(gray matter) and then to a field that had a old barn..
He first found part of the butterfly strap/belt,. Then I found the other part of it. Both pieces was bent all up pretty bad, I straighten out... Found some other decorative pieces. My buddy found a 1952 rosie dime, no photo..

That butterfly is fantastic. Such a delicate piece and you did a great job of straightening it out.
Do you think it might be a garden decoration that was placed on a stick to spin in the wind?

You two work out the custody agreement yet? :laughing7:
