Button and large copper coin

Hey everybody. Had another fatastic day with Darby hunting a couple of sites. Ended the day with a button that cleaned up really well:


And a 1722 british copper coin. Not entirely sure what it is but have a couple ideas and would like to hear from the experts what it is.HH

Nice coin and it looks like there is still plenty of detail on it.

Yes it does seem to have alot of detail left. Both are nice finds for anyone

You have a nice coin. This is not very rare though, it is only worth between $8-$15.

Nice button, and I can only hope to find an old copper in that condition in the soil we have. Congrats on a couple great finds.
