It is what button collectors call a Commemorative button. Specifically, your is one of at least two different versions issued to commemorate Charles Lindbergh's "first solo flight across the Atlantic" (nonstop from the US to France). It shows Lindbergh's airplane, which he named "The Spirit of St. Louis" in flight over the Atlantic. Your Lindbergh Commemorative button was most likely made in the first year or so after that 1927 flight.
Unlike the other version, yours shows the more-or-less correct image of Lindbergh's plane. It had one long single wing located ABOVE the cockpit, not below it, as incorrectly shown on the other version. See the photo below.
