Buttons, ring, and a drawer pull?

Hello went to the spot behind my house agian today and found 2 more buttons. One small one with sort of a honeycomb design and another with a design on the edge, never seen a button like this before. All so found this American Airlines ring in my front yard. After that I went to a spot in duxburry and found what I think is a drawer pull or something like that and it is stamped 4519 on the back. Any information on these would be awesome thanks for checking out my finds for today
