Got a buyer that claimed unauthorized transaction on an eBay purchase. It was shipped next business day to the address on file through eBay's shipping program. Tracking shows it was received on Dec 27. No comment or questions from the buyer. They left positive feedback today on the 9th, and also opened the claim. I filled out all the information Paypal requested even left comment saying I can provide screenshot of proof of delivery. The tracking number is next to the transaction on Paypal too. Is there anything else I can do? It's only $20, but I don't want to lose it.

Unauthorized transaction? Like a kid bought something on the parents account or something? I'm guessing PayPal will back you up once a human actually looks at it.

I would be pro active here and contact payspl/ebay by phone.

unauthorized transaction with credit card. going to call paypal on monday

unauthorized transaction with credit card. going to call paypal on monday

If anybody's going to eat the 20 bucks it should be PayPal or the CC company.

I had a very similar situation, Paypal looked at the buyer previous purchases, delivered to the same address and found in my favor.

Ditto I had 3 of them last year all delivered. PayPal ruled in my favor on all three once they saw the tracking.

Yup. Same thing. Mine was a $13 item. It was the principal of it. PP ruled in my favor since I shipped to the address they give. If someone stole their credit card, why did they have the items shipped to the house where the credit card came from?
