Hello, I have another center from a tongue and wreath two piece buckle.

From what I can determine (based on info provided to me here and the internet), it dates around 1851?
The style of the eagle holding the shield somewhat matches the W. Taussic & Co. buckle I posted up earlier.


Can anybody provide any specific info on this particular buckle?
Is the manufacturer known?
Where does it rate as far as rarity goes?
