I'm going to say it's a 1934-1941 logo. I don't know if it can be narrowed down to a model. I also might be wrong about the time frame but it looks like the logo used from '34-'41.

For sure. We found this early 60's AMC Rambler convertible about 200 yards into the woods near our house. Just sitting there. Pretty neat.
