Sword looks to be a display item for something like a pirate theme restaurant, 1950 to 1970. Intentionally hammered random pattern on a sword type shaped steel bank.

It is a reproduction IMO...
were made in Mexico... and in Spain a lot.
Made in old traditions... and ways... crudely.
