🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Can you identify what this is? This was found on the Treasure Coast of Florida! Thanks for your help!

So I am a gardener on the Treasure Coast of Florida, and I do come across some pretty cool find’s working in the rock flower beds and I found this guy in one of those fabulous, rock flower beds! I knew right away something was different with it and I thought right away that it might be a pestle? I google lens’d it, and it came back as possibly a civil war bullet or a pestle… I had a friend mention that it could possibly be a bone? I am so interested in seeing what you all have to say! Thank you for your time in advance!😊👩🏼‍🌾

That’s a fine grained igneous rock. The different patina on the end makes me think it’s a hammerstone. I don’t think there are any igneous rocks available in FL. It was almost certainly brought from some where else.

The introduction of google lens has become a slight detriment to ID'ing finds
