Like what I said this is all new to me, I have searched a few times but not had much luck, I posted some broke pieces and my one and only whole point a week ago or so, so I need some help getting the idea of what i am looking for. I went on top of a hill today where they have scratched it up to put a food plot in, I wish I would of hunted it earlier because the grass and weeds and plants have got a good start on me. I did see quite a bit of chips in one area about a 30' X 30', and that is where I found the two large round oval stones, I dont know if they came out of this field or were brought here for use, what do you say?? The broke point in the middle was my first find and I am not sure if the other pieces are anything or just me wanting them to be. Each one has some what I think is work done on them but like I said I dont know for sure. I would really appreciate some one giveing me a clue to what I may or may not have here. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. I get a thrill out of finding any kind of history and to find tools that were used thousands of years ago is just a great feeling. Well happy hunting to you all, I plan on doing some searching in the morning, I found a small creek or ditch at the base of this hill I want to hit , looks promissing. Take care. JYD

they're all nice artifacts, looks like you found yourself a sweet spot.

Nice!
The oval stones appear to just be rocks. Look them over closely for flat spots that may indicate their use as hammers. Also look for pits as They may have them. If they are just smooth , I would disregard them.

The flint is nice however, keep up the good work. I agree uncovering history is a total blast., Harry

You found a good site. Keep looking there and you will have some to keep that one and only company.

Hey Junkyard, looks like you have a great spot there, try to get back there after a heavy rain!

Hey looks like a promising spot, if you can get someone to plow it that would be great! I too don't think the oval stones are anything but the flint is great. Keep looking.
