In what might be one of the last detecting trips of the year I went to a few different spots hoping to score something cool. I wasn't disappointed..a wide variety of finds from a place where history is literally on top of history.

More trade beads....I found 50....one at a time.

I was lucky to find these dimes in the same hole. The Barber is a 1909 - S ....nice coin.

Coin signals that weren't coins.

I also found what I believe to be a stone scraper or celt...found in the same area as the pottery.

Great finds, Duane! Two silvers in the same hole, two different nationalities, that's pretty cool! Congrats, Ddf.

Those are nice finds. That scraper is awesome.

Man what a super hunt! Love the silver but I find the trade beads really interesting, any idea of the age?

I would assume they are fur trade era....so what like the 1700's to late 1800's.
