IF a metal does not have magnetic qualities will it not be detected by a metal detector?

All metals can be picked up by a detector.

Ferrous metals (i.e.- Iron, Steel, Nickel) are Magnetic.

Non ferrous (i.e.- Stanless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass) are not Magnetic.
