Canary Yellow Depression Glass or what?

I found these at a thrift store and I'm wondering if they are depression glass and if so, does anyone know the name of the pattern?

Yes, it appears you have a set of vintage 1930s Indiana yellow Depression 'soda' glasses.

Look at the bottom of the glass. If it is shinny with no wear it is probably new. Usually old glass will be a little scratched up. Welcome aboard!! Tony
