Candle holder from garage sale

These candle holders are all stamped with Crown and Italy under it, then a shield underneath that with a 'WA' inside. I searched the internet and have not found any clear details. I assume it's silver plate, but their value and such I cannot determine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like WA Italy deals primarily in silver-plate, as you suspected. It looks like a fairly modern stamp so I don't think it's vintage. Not worth a whole lot.
