Cannot identify this mark for the life of me

New member here, looking forward to all the boards. Interested in ceramics/pottery and metal detecting as well. Lots of vintage stuff as well.

I cannot identify this mark despite all my best efforts including reverse image searches. Looking for some help from somebody more knowledgable.
