Can't believe I dug this at a park!

So very thankful that I didn't dig up the sharp end of this 1950's vet syringe! Not at all what I thought I would find a few inches down at a park. Also found what I suppose is a suspender clip. Let me know if I am wrong on that one. Also found a piece of metal that seems to be hand "engraved". Not sure what that was. Any ideas? HH
