Finds Saturday afternoon. Hit a honey hole with a lot of pennies. Swing-ding-swing-ding...I had to laugh about it. Probably found at least 20 in one little spot. Piggy's gonna eat tonight. Anyway, my favorite find today was the Firebird Turbo. Not being a car man per se, I do like finding them. This one in particular(Kidco/Made in Macao/dated 1980) took me back a little. It has the spring/key slot in the back. I remember they would come with the key and you would put the key into the car until it 'clicked' and then pressed a button on the key and the car would snap and take off. Real cool! Also, the back wheels are actually rubber. Neat. This was my first time finding a full set of keys. I'm going to try to find the owner. Lastly, I have to remark on that pull tab...yeah...the 'Queen Tab' next to the 'wee tab'. That is the largest tab I've pulled from the earth. But yeah, that thing is mammoth. If that were a beer...hmmm...Happy! Maybe it was a tennis ball can tab or something like that. The pin is junk.
