I can't find any information on this cabinet. Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to Tnet

That's funky-looking thing. Presumably the Roman numerals are for the date 1886. The other lettering is in Greek as 'ΧΑΡΙΣ', which variously means: beauty, elegance, charm, grace (including as in by the grace of god); favourable disposition towards someone, including from favour, goodwill, delight, or as an indication of gratitude. It’s sometimes seen on highly decorative objects all the way back to ancient times.

That's a rather unique looking cabinet. Might be a one of a kind
or very few others like it. Maybe a piece made by an apprentice cabinet maker to demonstrate their level of skills. It seems to have various levels of abilities here and there.
