I posted awhile back that I had a case opened against me for a tape player that he claimed was not working. After not replying to my message asking him how I can rectify this for him, he has now closed the case and sent a message saying not to worry that he will get a new belt for it and if that is not the problem he will trash it. He said the shipping was too much to send it back.He has not left feedback yet and I am wondering would you guys offer to refund the shipping if he sends it back in order to hopefully not get bad feedback?
I was thinking about doing that but somehow I think this guy will prob. still leave at least neutral feedback even if I do that. Should I forget about it or have him send it back and give him a full refund and refund shipping?
