Just wanted to get this started early; I will be heading out to my friendly neighborhood casino-resort this afternoon, and will post with results. The silver may be less today, as I plan to hit up the poker tables while I am there.

We got about 10 inches of snow last night, and I need to let the roads clear up a little- my Corolla isn't gonna do any 4 wheeling!

Let you know tonight, and good luck to the rest of you with your shaking hands, what with the banks being mostly closed today. :-[

Good luck & post your results......at the poker table too....ha! Be careful in that Coralla.

Great job on the Walkers. How does this work at a casino? Do you buy halfs and then cash them back in? I am curious to the technique and surprised it has not gone to paper instead of coins. Good for you though!

Well, 6920...

Good question. We each buy $100 in halves, and sit ourselves down at a $.50 slot machine. as we open each roll, we deposit all the rejects in the machine. when the 100 is searched, we each hit 'cash out' and get a handy ticket that we can exhange for a hunny bill (well, hopefully less). Then we move onto the next room/casino in the resort, and start again.

Now that's a technique I've never come across, mostly because the machines that pay out in tickets no longer have slots to insert coins. At least that's what I've encountered here in Vegas. Wish I could do it that way. It looks like you're actually playing, plus you don't have to cash in a bunch of rejects.

Nice system silver standard!
