Catalina Island Treasure Ship

There is a very valuable shipwreck called the San Sebastian which sank off the coast of Catalina Island, California. It was chased by the british pirate George Compton in 1754 and sank in 170 feet of water with a sustantial amount of gold and silver bullion to be traded in Manila. Does anyone know how I can recover treasure from this ship, ROV etc.

You have to find it first on paper then look to carry out a physical search, the first part is hard work and does not cost to much, the second part costs a lot of cash, so the more of the first part you do then the easier the second part is. Then of course you have the government to deal with, this is another huge task.

No one said this game is easy, if you cannot do the reaserch then it is unlikely you will ever find the ship.
