Caught a Nice One

Did the non-dirt fishing and just caught this nice bass tonight. I tossed it back but it would have looked good on the grill. Figure it was 4 to 5 lbs. It jumped a few times too.

Mmmmmmmm, looked good on land, but better in the pan. Maybe you'll get it next year when it's really tasty.

so as i was fishing at a old gravel pit. as i reeled in a small bluegill a bass comes out of hidding, and hits it on the way in. well as i reel em in. he lets go by the bank but stays there still attacking the gill. well the gill just was about dead and the bass just sat there chilling. so i actually laid the gill over the basses eyes. at the same moment i swooped down dropping the pole and all in one shot, and grabbed him with both hands at the same time. my fishing pal bout had a load in his pants when i pulled the bass out aah the good ole days. only pic i could find. 2001 seemed like the other year have a good many more fishing trips and get one for me Bergie. MR TUFF
