I went back to the shelter to dig today. That digging is like throwing darts, in the dark, while blindfolded. I did find a rather crude Celt like tool and a broken adze bit (I think). Every Celt that I have ever found is rough and looks as if it were wrapped rather than hafted through a handle. I'll show the pics of today's finds, and I have an interesting link to post.

Is it Meta-slate?
 

Is it Meta-slate?

I'm not really sure. I was looking more at the hafting style of the Celt shown in the picture on the link. They aren't pretty, well polished. The pic on the link has an odd shaped Celt, with an odd construction, much like all of the ones I've found. Here are some others I have found with the same odd design, for an easy haft.
