Celts/Axes?

Sorry for the continued rookie questions, but ya'll are an invaluable source of info.

I picked these up at a yard sale with several other items. Are they celts or axes? If so, what should I value them at (for cataloging purposes)?

Hope you didn't pay much because neither of those are artifacts. Look at these pictures. These are Stone Tools. A few pictures of Celts, Axes, and Hoes.

Well, I see now why I can't find a grooved axe or a good celt. You done got 'em all, Grim! Great stuff!
 

Luckily I didn't pay much. It was mostly arrowheads (G6 and G7 common points) and I've had a blast trying to research them. It's just these dang non-arrowheads that I can't find any good resources on. At least you guys are taking it easy on me for just posting pictures of regular ole rocks. LOL! I do have high hopes for two items I'll probably post tomorrow night, so fingers crossed that they pass the Grim Reaper test.
