I'm surprised they survived 20+ years of tornadoes. As you know, during a tornado, the negative pressure causes low mass coins (such as cents) to be absorbed and destroyed by a tornado. So, you won't find anything smaller than Nickel's or quarters as change in tornado country.
 

Yeah i'm serious, i don't care much about cents, but know some love them. If nobody is close i will just tell him to dump at his bank.
 

What size container does he have?
 

He has several bags and various jugs and stupid stuff all shoved way under his waterbed. Bags and stuff i have seen range from about a 1000 dollar bag size of halves, down to a crown royal bag, some old gallon wine jugs and crap too lol think he just stored them in w/e he had handy and started filling up.
