The top end of the handle looks like an old time beer bottle/soft drink bottle opener. otherwise it sort of looks like
a blacksmiths nightmare. I'll go out on a limb, I don't think they are old, looks to me like they were blacksmith made
not very long ago, along with the other set of hooks that I have no idea what the intended use for that thing is, but
looks to me like someone is playing with his forge and anvil.
