I am probably wrong but it is very similar to the French 1,2 and 5 Centimes - Napoleon III minted 1853 to 1857 and the 10 Centimes - Napoleon III minted 1852-1857. If I could make out more of the details and some of the lettering, then it would be somewhat easier. Also, the diameter and weight of the coin would help! As it is, I had to go on what looks like an 1855 Date and the design.

It is 1856 & I believe ten centimes its about the size of a half dollar. Thanks
