Hello Minelab enthusiasts,
Has anyone dealt with the repair/service center in Chandler AZ? Does Minelab actually have a service center in Chandler AZ ? Im having some problems getting info on my Xterra 705 at this facility and can't get a hold of anyone there. I have called and sent emails , but I have not received any answers. Has anyone one else had similar issues regarding this service center?
If so please let me know how they were resolved.
I'm only seeking some help and advice.

Minelab only has 2 repairs centers in U.S,

Lisle, IL 60532

The other is Kellyco Detectors, they have an authorized Minelab repair center on site, complete with pressure tank for testing waterproof to 200'+...

We(Minelab)and I were able to locate it. They had let go an employee and he let few a things slip beneath the cracks.
It was repaired and is in proper working order. And yes they do have a service office in AZ.

That map is on Minelab's website. No where on their website could I find Chandler location.

I'm going to check on it tomorrow...

Well I have no answer other than thats were they had me send it. The guy they let go never sent any follow up emails. Its obvious he did not meet their quality standards for service. I too was also curious as to the location. I was thinking that It may have been lost in the shipping. After I contacted the office in Ill they were able to located it at the local UPS office, were it had been sitting for almost a month. UPS never called me to let me know they received it.

Kevin Hoglund (ML rep) is in Arizona, I believe. Maybe they have a new service center near him now?
