Change of plans gets me 5 silver and a sweet pocket watch!!!!

Okay so today's original plans went like this: go to Home Depot and get a few things to do the column wraps on my new back porch, and then actually do it. Welllllllll let's just say I got sidetracked when my brother invited me up to detect a late 1800s house he is remodeling. So of course I drove an hour north to the house and detected it pretty good, very trashy yard debris and junk everywhere but I managed to squeak out some really good finds . 1935 & 1944 Washington quarters, and a silver dime spill with three Rosie's (my first-ever multiple silver spill), 8 wheats, & a pocketwatch that might be gold I'm not quite sure. so much for working on the house LOL! ended up getting Silver's 76 through 80 on this hunt fty. Thanks for looking and hh!

Tearin' it up AGAIN! Heck yea I'd drive an hour for a virgin site hunt! LUV those silver GW's btw...I been finding silver dimes (not complaining) but one of my faves are those silver quarters...sound SOOO sweet! WTG on a great day...that back porch will be there when you get home...Ddf

thanks ddf! it's been a little while since I've found that much silver at one place I'll take a day like that any day of the week, especially since I wasn't even planning on going out!
