Charleston: Appears Worked?

Found behind an 18th century house, French quarter, Charlestown, near river.

One side is matte, but appears purposefully chipped. The other appears worked and is shiny; almost concave, spoon-like.

Charlestown is an amazing place to surface-hunt, though I had almost no time while there.

your first picture looks the most like a purposeful strike. the waves like that come from a soft strike where there wasn't enough force for a clean break. but i personally don't see enough to say its definitely worked.
