I have been working on this map and wanted some others input. There is supposedly a cave within this map where a man put his valuables which were his wives sewing machine, and supposedly 3000 dollars worth of currency which should have been gold maybe silver. Thanks for the help.

Must be several caves in there, put a white circle in the first cave hit. I'm still not picking up a signal for sewing machine.

I'm getting a lot of cave signal from the area inside the line.

Shoot.. That was the main part to the story is that the sewing machine was put in the cave and that it was the last thing he really kept of his wife and he was going to make it to the cave and die with the memory of his wife. He died in bed instead.

Are you getting hits for treasure, gold or valuables in any of them?

I checked for archaeological signals, every hit was in this area. If the story is true and is somewhere within the map, should be one of the green circles. Tried last now, checking just for "lost treasure" which is non-specific, could be used to locate a variety of targets....marked by the large black circle. Smaller black ones inside it, perhaps entrance and spot of stuff in cave.

I can expand the map and resend it for you? This is the same story I had you work on earlier. Just some different country. The sewing machine is the key I believe if we find it we find the cave.

I tried dowsing the map again, but more specifically for sewing machine treasure and came up with the spot where you see top of the large black circle. My best hit, either the spot (if there) or else something that possibly would be the best find of map area.

Checked for trace gold, this area found some, had it marked before Art posted his map.

If caves are there in the yellow circles like Art found, maybe it is natural gold and/or some hidden treasure.

Actually the cave is the key...until you locate the cave you can't find the sewing machine.

If this map is anywhere close to where coyote3, dowsing can be very tricky. I had to do a geological study on the area. You have manganese black seams in granite containing both gold and silver.

This is mostly bentonite hills out where your these caves are. Limestones, Tensleep sandstones, chugwater formation, there is black maganese everywhere here. We got so much gold in wyoming it puts all the other parts of the world to shame. One problem, with the volcanic events that Wyoming has went through most of it is microscopic but literally tons of it..

Here is a more expanded map. The dark blue pond in the lower center of the map is within a mile of his house. He said his cave was on his place. I just thought if a person found the sewing machine you would know where the cave is. Maybe it is in the lake in the canyon in a cave too.. Dont know...

Make sure I've got the right area, is that a blue pond in the lower right?

Would this area be on his property?

It could be on his property. The pond I referred to is very small and dark blue just to the right of the green valley coming straight down the map. The one you refer to is part of a very large lake..

Ok, can you put an arrow or something there to mark the right lake?
