China?

I found this coin the other day and I am not sure what it is. I feel like it is Chinese writing but I can't read it so that is a problem? Any help on the age or just what it is would be appreciated.

Looks like it might be from Taiwan aka the Republic of China? Nice find!

Republic of China, year 44 (1955) 10 Cents, I believe. Should be about dime sized and aluminum if that is correct.
